Blushes is built around the courtyard. The massage and specialty rooms, nail rooms, and hair suites all face the beautiful gardens for your enjoyment while receiving services. In the back you will find decks, a jacuzzi hot tub, water gardens and more. Blushes grew from a one-woman Nail Salon to a complete Destination Spa, with services to rival those offered in large metropolitan areas. We offer something that cannot be found elsewhere!

Now Blushes offers the ultimate experience with our new garden apartment, the Enchanted Dragonfly, making Blushes the first Destination Spa in Granbury. This upstairs suite is the height of luxury, while overlooking pastures of contentedly grazing cattle.
