Ellen Degeneres show at Blushes
In 2008, Blushes salon received the honor of a visit from the Ellen Degeneres Show and the contestants in a GMC Acadia giveaway contest. Ellen's staff and the contestants drove across the United States stopping at various cities and chose Blushes Salon in Granbury, Texas to pamper them and try out "Big Texas Hair".
Country Music Television, Texas Women Comes to Blushes
Country Music Television, Texas Women sent in two of the Stars for Pedicures at Blushes. Everybody had a fun day of filming and enjoying the pampering pedicures.

Good Morning Texas at Blushes
Before moving to the current location, Blushes was located on Hwy. 4 where Mary built the car wash and laundromat. She offered a combinations of services that was so unique, that she caught the attention of Scott Sams and Deborah Duncan of Good Morning Texas. She has since sold the car wash and laundromat and moved to the serene country estate setting located at 5464 Acton Hwy. in Granbury.
